Went Dragon-i @ Pavilion for the Peking Duck (Roasted) 北京烤鸭

Peking duck in-the-slicing

Food for 8 pax:

Whole Peking duck 北京烤鸭 @ RM98
Crispy on the outside and tender on the inside

Non-refillable sides for the Peking duck (Cucumber slices, Melon slices, Scallion slices)

Peking duck skin is dipped in sugar and the skin literally melt in your mouth

Steps to wrap Peking duck in the pancake skin:

Step1
Take a slice of pancake skin

Step2
Spread the sweat sauce on top of the pancake skin

Step3
Place a piece (or two) of Peking duck on top

Step4
Add on the sides to your liking

Step5
Wrap it and you're ready to indulge!

Braised Abalone for the birthday couple 蠔皇原只欧洲鲍鱼 (六头鲍) @ RM128

Chinese tea 菊普茶 @ RM5 per pax
White rice 香米白饭 @ RM2 per bowl


Overall, we enjoyed ourselves very much and left with bloated stomachs.
